PROFILE

The time spent working abroad in a multinational IT company after completing my education was instrumental in honing my communication skills.

The experience of working in a dynamic environment was very stimulating and full of opportunities, including training courses targeting the development of skills in analysis and planning, group orientation and interpersonal efficacy.

In 1998, I started working in-house for an Italian Medical Research Institute. Working with specialists in various areas enabled me to gain a considerable amount of knowledge in medical fields such as psychiatry and psychology, by translating books, manuals and international rating scales.

Alongside this significant, on-going experience, working with direct clients and agencies enabled me to develop specific skills in certain areas of technical translation.
